Before bed tonight, I told James that we were going to read some Book of Mormon stories...and he said, "but mom, where's the camp fire?". I guess a camp fire is now a "must" when it comes to learning stories from the scriptures. So we got out the construction paper and went to work. James was so excited!
When we were finished, we all sat on the floor around the fire and learned about the brother of Jared, the prophet Lehi, and Ammon the missionary. I think a new family tradition has just begun!

I am so glad that you are teaching him from the scriptures! I think he is going to be a camper like his Dad and Grandpa. The pots Chad made are beautiful! He is really talented with his hands. It is too bad you can't provide for a family selling pots. When are you coming for a visit? I miss you all so much.
