CUPCAKES!

I love decorating cakes - I'm not very good at it - but I love it. And then there are cupcakes. I REALLY love decorating cupcakes! It is so much fun and it is much easier than whole cakes.

I am going to start a bi-monthly cupcake post. Twice a month (I would do it every week, but I really don't need that many cupcakes hanging around!) I am going to try a new cupcake recipe and try a new creative way of decorating them. I would love it if all of you would join me in this quest!

Get out your wisk's and your decorating bags and let the fun begin! Imagine all the beautiful and creative things we can teach each other. When you've finished, take a picture, and e-mail it to me at ashleejo@msn.com and I will post it.

This is my first cupcake submission. It is a Cherry Chip (Betty Crocker) cake, yellow butter cream frosting, and a pink color flow butterfly.
