I took a quilting class in college and I vowed to be a forever quilter. Well...five years later, I have started several quilts and haven't finished any of them. A few weeks ago I was looking at my boring brown couches and thought it would be fun to have some color added to them (chad hates pillows, so that wasn't an option!). So...in come the quilts!
I picked some fabric, cut it out, and started sewing. Chad suggested I buy a new machine, and I jumped right on it! I got a baby lock...and my favorite part is that I can quilt the blanket myself.

So far I have it all pieced together. The bottom piece will be red, but I can't decide what color of thread to quilt it with...cream or red...which would you do?

Ash, you are so talented! I know nothing about quilting, though, so I'm afraid I'm not much help. But way to go! Hobbies that help the home are so much extra fun, too.
I would do red just cause I like that color!
